Cabinet Construction
The True TRCB-52-HC chef base is a fifty-two-inch wide unit with all stainless steel front, top, and sides. The top of the unit is all one piece, made from heavy-duty 18-gauge stainless steel. The steel top features a marine edge that protects against spills. Foamed-in insulation prevents heat transfer from cooking equipment to the interior. Four-inch, front-locking casters come standard with each unit.
Drawers and Interior
The stainless steel drawers support a variety of pan size configurations. One full-length divider bar comes standard in each drawer. The interior construction of the True TRCB-52-HC has NSF approved white aluminum sides and top. The interior floor is all stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The entire cabinet structure and drawers feature a high-density polyurethane insulation.

All True TRCB refrigerated chef bases include a 5 year labor, 6 year parts, and 7 year compressor warranty.
