	Pan Capacity The 70-7/8″ wide Turbo Air JST-72-N prep table features two stainless steel covers over the included (18) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of sandwich or salad toppings within easy reach. The 18 pans in this Turbo Air prep table are configured at 5 pans wide x 2 pans deep under the left cover and 4 pans wide x 2 pans deep under the right cover with a 9-1/2″ deep cutting board in front.
	Storage Capacity The 18 cubic feet of storage space beneath the pan area and three adjustable coated shelves (17-1/4″ x 17-3/4″ in the left and right sections and 19-1/2″ x 17-3/4″ in the middle section) allow for multiple topping back-ups to be stored inside for easy access when the food pans up top run empty.
