	Pan Capacity The Turbo Air EST-72-N-V prep table features one cover over the included (18) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of toppings easily within reach. The 18 pans in this Turbo Air prep table are configured at 5 pans wide x 2 pans deep on the left and 4 pans wide x 2 pans deep on the left. Pans are isolated from the storage area below allowing for easy clean-up of spilled toppings.
	Storage Capacity The 19 cubic feet of storage space beneath the pan area combined with one adjustable coated shelf at 21″ x 17″ in the left and right sections and a shelf at 23″ x 17″ in the middle section allows for multiple topping back-ups to be stored inside for easy access when the food pans up top run empty. The stainless steel and aluminum interior is easy to clean.
