The one-piece anodized aluminum base with kick stand provides easier access to surfaces for cleaning. The slicing carriage is hinged at the base and easily tilts back to provide even better access. S Series slicers produce precise and consistent slices. The oversize knob and precision indexing system are capable of producing quality slices from paper-thin, all the way up to 1-1/8 inches. The grooved carriage, specially designed meat grip teeth, and weighted arm work together to produce higher yield and consistency. The larger, extended carriage and base give the operator the ability to work with larger products like prosciutto and bacon. The ease of use is further improved by the Clear-Text graphic user interface that allows the user to select the speed and stroke length, and to read diagnostics and system information.
