Pan Capacity

The Turbo Air TST-28SD-N prep table features one insulated cover over the included (8) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of toppings within easy reach. The 8 pans in this prep table are configured at 4 pans wide x 2 pans deep and the pans are isolated from the storage area below for easy clean-up of any spilled toppings.

A Cold Bunker system forces cold air all around the food pan area keeping toppings cold even when the cover is open.

Storage Capacity

The 7 cubic feet of storage space beneath the pan area and one adjustable stainless steel shelf at 22-1/2″ x 17″ allow for multiple topping back-ups to be stored inside for easy access when the food pans up top run empty.

Bright LED interior lighting found in the Turbo Air TST-28SD-N prep table allows for quick topping identification and aids in cleaning the durable stainless steel interior.

One Door

The Turbo Air TST-28SD-N prep table features an insulated stainless steel door which, when combined with the insulated cabinet and Hydrocarbon refrigerant, keeps internal cabinet temperatures at 33° – 39°F. A large recessed handle allows for easy door opening. The back side of the door is made of an easy to clean ABS liner.

Self-Cleaning Condenser Device

This Turbo Air prep table features a self-cleaning condenser device. The device features a rotating brush that automatically moves up and down 2-3 times daily and, as a result, prevents dust build-up on the condenser and expensive repairs associated with refrigeration system failures.
