Pan Capacity

The Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-N prep table features one insulated cover over the included (12) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of toppings within easy reach. The 12 pans in this mega top prep table are configured at 4 pans wide x 3 pans deep and the pans are isolated from the storage area below for easy clean-up of any spilled toppings.

A Cold Bunker system forces cold air all around the food pan area keeping toppings cold even when the cover is open.

Storage Capacity

The 8 cubic feet of storage space beneath the pan area and one adjustable stainless steel shelf at 22-1/2″ x 17″ allow for multiple topping back-ups to be stored inside for easy access when the food pans up top run empty.
