I had a different brand older unit that the compressor went out on. I bought this unit the same day and what a difference. Easy to read temp digital gauge, Self-cleaning brush for the condenser, Flash freezing turbo mode. Temp range below -20 degrees. We use this for home use and have it in our garage. About the same time we remodeled our kitchen with all new subzero and wolf appliances. We have had service calls 4 times on the refrigerator freezer that cost twice as much.
