	Pan Capacity The Turbo Air PST-28-D2-N prep table features one cover over the included (8) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of toppings easily within reach. The 8 pans in this Turbo Air prep table are configured at 4 pans wide x 2 pans deep. Pans are isolated from the drawer area below allowing for easy clean-up of any spilled toppings. A Cold Bunker system forces cold air all around the food pan area to keep toppings cold even when the lid is open.
	Two Drawers The Turbo Air PST-28-D2-N prep table features two stainless steel drawers. The top drawer holds one full size pan with three 1/6 size pans or three 1/3 size pans with three 1/6 size pan or nine 1/6 size pans. The bottom drawer holds one full size pan or two 1/3 size pans with two 1/6 size pans or six 1/6 size pans. Drawer pans are sold separately.
