	Pan Capacity The Turbo Air MST-28-N prep table features one insulated hood which covers the included (8) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of toppings easily within reach. The 8 pans in this Turbo Air prep table are configured at 4 pans wide x 2 pans deep. Pans are isolated from the storage area below allowing for easy clean-up of any spilled toppings. A Cold Bunker system forces cold air all around the food pan area to keep toppings cold even when the cover is open.
	Storage Capacity Seven cubic feet of storage space beneath the pan area and one adjustable coated shelf at 22-1/2″ x 17″ allow for multiple topping back-ups to be stored inside for easy access when the food pans up top run empty. A brightly lit LED interior allows for quick topping identification and aids in cleaning the aluminum and stainless steel interior.
	One Door The Turbo Air MST-28-N prep table features an insulated stainless steel door which, when combined with the insulated cabinet and Hydrocarbon refrigerant, keeps internal cabinet temperatures at 33° – 39°F. The back side of the door is made of an easy to clean ABS liner. The door hinge is field reversible allowing the door to open from the opposite side if necessary.
