	Pan Capacity The 35-3/8″ wide Turbo Air JST-36-N prep table features a stainless steel cover over the included (8) 1/6 size 4″ deep food pans allowing for a wide variety of sandwich or salad toppings within easy reach. The 8 pans in this Turbo Air prep table are configured at 4 pans wide x 2 pans deep with a 9-1/2″ deep cutting board in front.
	Storage Capacity The 7.5 cubic feet of storage space beneath the pan area and one adjustable coated shelf at 19-1/2″ x 17-3/4″ allow for multiple topping back-ups to be stored inside for easy access when the food pans up top run empty. A brightly lit LED interior allows for quick topping identification and aids in cleaning the aluminum and stainless steel interior.
