The True TUC-27F-HC undercounter freezer is a one-door, 27-5/8″ wide unit with all stainless steel front, top, and ends. The all stainless-steel top doubles as a functional workspace with easy access to frozen ingredients below. The interior has an NSF approved clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easier cleaning. Two heavy-duty, PVC coated adjustable wire shelves come standard with the unit. The entire cabinet structure and solid door are foamed-in-place with Ecomate®, a high-density polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The self-closing swinging door on the True TUC-27F-HC undercounter freezer extends the full length of the cabinet and features a ninety-degree stay-open feature for easy loading and unloading. The door also features a one-piece magnetic gasket that is easily removable and replaceable without the use of tools. Five-inch casters with locks provided on the front set come standard with all TUC models.
