Cabinet Construction

The True TRCB-82-HC chef base is a eighty-two-inch wide unit with all stainless steel front, top, and sides. The top of the unit is all one piece, made from heavy-duty 18-gauge stainless steel with a marine edge that protects against spills. Foamed-in insulation prevents heat transfer from cooking equipment to the interior. The provided 4″ front-locking casters provide easy maneuverability when needed.

Drawers and Interior

The stainless steel drawers support a variety of pan size configurations. One full-length divider bar comes standard in each drawer. The interior construction of the True TRCB-82-HC has NSF approved white aluminum sides and top. The interior floor is all stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The entire cabinet structure and drawers feature a high-density polyurethane insulation.
