True TFP food prep units feature a front-discharge airflow design. This allows the user to install the TFP in tight quarters, side by side with other units, or within millwork. Because the unit discharges air from the front, there is no need for surrounding clearances. This makes the True TFP-32-12M an excellent choice for establishments with space constraints or for incorporation into custom design projects.

The True TFP-32-12M is a one-door, 32-1/8″ wide. The cabinet exterior has all stainless steel front, top, and sides with a finished aluminum back. The interior features an NSF approved, clear coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet insulation is completely foamed in place with Ecomate®, a high-density polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). Two adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves inside the cabinet interior come standard with the unit.

The pan opening holds twelve, one-sixth size pans. It also accommodates varying size pan configurations up to eight inches deep using available pan divider bars. This gives the user the flexibility to meet the needs of their specific menu, even as it changes over time. The unit comes standard with twleve, four-inch deep, one-sixth size pans. The pan opening uses a forced air design to move the refrigerated air above and below the pans to maintain product temperature. The all-stainless steel lid is foam-insulated to maintain colder holding temperatures, preserve product freshness, and minimize condensation. The lid is easily removable for cleaning.

TFP units come standard with a full length, removable cutting board. Constructed with NSF approved white polyethylene, the cutting board provides a convenient, sanitary surface to do food preparation and assemble dishes to order. The True TFP-32-12M features one solid stainless steel, foam-insulated swinging door with a white aluminum interior liner and a twelve-inch recessed door handle. The door is self-closing with a ninety-degree stay open feature for easier loading and unloading. The door also features a one-piece magnetic gasket that is easily removable and replaceable without the use of tools.
