The HACCP Hanger™ found on the San Jamar SI6000 Saf-T-Ice® Tote serves two important purposes. It eases back strain by allowing the tote to hang off the ice bin at waist level for quick and easy filling at an ice machine while, at the same time, raising the tote off the ground keeping the bottom surface clean. A clean bottom surface means clean hands and reduced cross-contamination while pouring ice. |

Add a San Jamar Saf-T-Scoop® to further reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The Saf-T-Scoop® includes a scoop holder, is dishwasher safe, and is available in a variety of sizes. |
