Boos Mystery Oil, 16 oz bottle, contains mineral oil & raw linseed, use every 3-4 weeks on wooden cutting boards & butcher blocks to give your John Boos product the same quality finish as the factory.

Keeps your John Boos wooden cutting boards from drying out and cracking. Simply clean your John Boos cutting board and allow to air dry while standing. Once dry, apply a coat of Mystery Oil to the entire wooden cutting board surface spreading evenly with a cloth or towel. Allow the cutting board to absorb the oil overnight then wipe off any excess. For added protection, finish with a coating of John Boos Board Cream.
