Globe Foodservice has the right slicer for every application. Not every foodservice operation needs the biggest, most powerful slicer with all the bells and whistles. The Chefmate brand of C Series slicers from Globe are light duty slicers for smaller foodservice operations. C Series slicers are an excellent, economical choice for menus that call for a low volume of slicing. They are compact in size, making them a great fit for kitchens with limited space. C Series slicers are ideal for kitchens slicing meat and produce only.
