Commercial charbroilers are popular for their ability to impart flavors to foods that you cannot achieve with other types of equipment. Restaurant charbroilers achieve this flavor when the cooking juices from the food drip onto the radiants or heating elements. These juices then burst into smoke and flames, which impart the unique flavors to the food. Chargrills also leave grill marks on the food, adding to the visual presentation.

Charbroiler Features and Options

We offer restaurant chargrills in natural gas from Globe, Grindmaster-Cecilware, and Vulcan. Select models from Globe include optional char rocks. Our chargrills come in widths from 15 inches up to 72 inches. BTUs available range from 40,000 to 221,000.
