Tax exempt customers located in Kentucky and Indiana will need to have their tax exempt status approved by Dine Company prior to being able to shop tax free on the website.  Tax exempt customers include schools, churches, charities, and any other nonprofit organization/business.  This only applies to tax exempt customers in Kentucky and Indiana.

Follow these steps to have tax exempt status on the website:

• This process will only have to be completed once.  Once tax exempt status is granted on the site, it will be automatic from then on.
• Sign-up for an account.
• Download the appropriate tax exempt form for your state.
• Completely fill out the form.

• Call us at 1-866-591-DINE (3463)
• We will set your website account to be tax exempt while you are on the phone with us
• Browse the website and place your tax exempt order!
