Free Shipping Policy

Free ground or freight shipping is available for all online orders over $399 delivered to a commercial address within the 48 contiguous states.

Liftgate service will be provided free of charge with all orders over $399 and with a total weight of 150 lbs or more.  Most pieces of equipment will qualify for free shipping and a free liftgate.  A liftgate will allow the freight merchandise to be lowered down from the truck.  From there, you are responsible for getting the freight merchandise into your building.

Customers who return items which shipped free will not only have to pay the return shipping, but will also have to reimburse Dine Company for the original shipment to the customer unless the wrong item was originally shipped.

Inspect all merchandise upon delivery.  You are responsible for checking piece count and inspecting for damage BEFORE accepting the shipment.

Merchandise shipped from Dine Company is insured against loss by the freight carriers.  In order to collect on a reported damage or shortage claim, the merchandise must be inspected BEFORE signing off on the delivery.

Upon delivery, carefully inspect all packaging looking for damage which may have occurred during shipping.  The likelihood of damage is small, but it is still your responsibility to check upon delivery.

Refuse the shipment if merchandise is damaged beyond repair.  DO NOT sign anything in this case unless you choose to accept the merchandise in the current condition.  The refused merchandise will be returned and a replacement will be sent.

Merchandise received with minor dents, scratches, or breaks should be accepted, but this damage needs to be noted with the delivery driver. Noting the damage with the driver will start the insurance claims process with the freight carrier.

Concealed damage which was not immediately visible due to packaging materials should be reported to the freight carrier and Dine Company the same day as receiving; preferably within 1 hour of receiving.  This quick timing is the best way to file a concealed damage freight claim.

Damage claims reporting expires 24 hours after the merchandise is received.  After this time, no further action will be taken by the freight carrier or Dine Company.

Remember, it's in your best interest to inspect all merchandise upon arrival before signing any receiving documents.
