Privacy - Dine Company does not and never will sell, trade, or rent any personal information including names, physical addresses, and email addresses to outside companies. Dine Company may use your email address to send product information, sales, special discounts, etc which you may find useful. Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in for future visits unless you log out. These cookies never include any personal identifying information and do expire after a set period of time. Dine Company is fully committed to protecting your privacy.
Security - Dine Company uses a GeoTrust SSL (Secure Sockets Layering) Certificate to fully encrypt all your personal information including your credit card number. Our site only stores the information you save in your account including name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, telephone number, and login password. The site never stores credit card information which will have to be entered for every purchase.
Creating your new account is a quick, easy process. Simply select either Create Account, Edit Account or Log-In at the top of any page. Fill in the required information on the new page. The site requires a case sensitive password of at least six characters. A confirmation email containing your password will be sent shortly after your new account is created.
Once your new account has been created you will be taken to My Dashboard where you can set up billing and shipping addresses, change contact information, view previous orders, and more.
Accounts can also be created directly from the checkout.
Customers who already have any type of account with our store will still need to create an account to use the website. Store account information does not apply to the website.
To place an order...
- Once you're ready to purchase, click the Cart link at the top of any page, get a shipping rate by entering your zip code and state, and then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the cart.
- Step 1 of checkout - make sure the billing address is the address the credit card statement is billed to and make sure the shipping address is correct.
- Step 2 of checkout - select your preferred shipping method.
- Step 3 of checkout - enter your payment information.
- Review your order and click "Place Order".
That's it! Your order is ready to be processed.

Dine Company is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Website pricing is for online orders only and does not apply to store pricing.
Dine Company collects sales tax for merchandise shipped to customers in Kentucky and Indiana. All other state and local taxes for customers in other states are the customer's responsibility if applicable.

Payments on the website may be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments by check can be made only after calling 1-866-591-DINE(3463). Orders paid by check will not ship until the check clears which could take up to 2 weeks. Wire transfer payments are not available.

Log-in to you account to go to My Dashboard.

My Dashboard will show recent orders on the very first page.

To view previous orders, simply click on My Orders.
Returns will be accepted on all standard stock items as long as the following conditions are met.

Standard stock items may be returned within 7 days of receiving.

Each item must be in original, unopened packaging and must be unused. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is given.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

There is a 20% restocking charge on all standard stock items.

The Dine Company Return Slip must be included with the returned items.
- Special order items are not considered as part of Dine Company's daily inventory and are sent directly from the factory. Special order items will be noted in their descriptions.
- Special order items may be returned within 7 days of receiving.
- Each item must be in original, unopened packaging and must be unused. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is given.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- There is a 25% restocking charge for all special order items.
- The Dine Company Return Slip must be included with the returned items.
All custom order items are non-returnable.
Customers who return items which shipped free will not only have to pay the return shipping, but will also have to reimburse Dine Company for the original shipment to the customer unless the wrong item was originally shipped.
If part of your order was incorrect, Dine Company will pay for return shipping on any item which we sent out by error. A replacement piece will be sent out as soon as the incorrect piece arrives back at Dine Company.
Residential Orders Regarding Equipment
Many large pieces of commercial restaurant equipment including refrigerators, ovens, freezers, fryers, and more are not recommended for residential use. No one will argue that stainless steel looks great in home kitchens and man caves, but these appliances should not be commercial pieces.
Using commercial restaurant equipment in a residential environment will, in most cases, void the product's warranty. In addition to the loss of the warranty, commercial equipment is also louder and warmer running than residential appliances.
Smaller pieces of equipment like the BB180 blender or the WCT708 toaster are perfectly fine for residential use. Also, pretty much anything without a plug including pans, knives, glassware, serving utensils, etc is also fine for residential use.
Please contact us if you're having a hard time deciding if something is strictly for commercial use. Dine Company is not responsible for equipment breakage or loss of warranty if equipment is used in a residential environment.
All NEW products sold by Dine Company are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, most used equipment sold by Dine Company includes a 15 day warranty from the date of arrival.
If a piece of used equipment needs to be repaired during the warranty period, Dine Company reserves the right to arrange repairs through a service agent of our choice. Repairs initiated by the customer will not be covered under Dine Company's warranty.
Any used equipment sold without warranty will be labeled "As-Is" in the product description.
Minor scratching and dents could possibly be present in refurbished equipment. These minor flaws will not be mentioned in the product descriptions. If you are concerned about scratching or dents, or would like more pictures of a particular refurbished item emailed to you, please contact us.
